The Greater Colorado Springs Chamber and EDC is conducting a survey of Colorado Springs businesses to determine what the demand may be for additional colocation data center facilities in Colorado Springs. Once we have determined the demand, our team can approach data center colocation companies regarding the potential to open an operation in Colorado Springs.
The advantage of this to the local community is that Colorado Springs businesses would have more data center hosting choices in the community. This means not only increased jobs from the colocation provider, but more productivity for Colorado Springs businesses because they would not have to travel out of town or out of state to access the hosting site.
