High-Tech Tax Cuts
Children's health, higher education and high-tech tax cuts were signed into Colorado Law on May 31, 2007. These bills will enhance health care for children, make Colorado universities more competitive for national research grants, and provide a tax break to high-tech companies that build “clean rooms.” More Information

Rankings were based on the number of business establishments (headquarters, subsidiaries, independents) that relocated to another market during the most recent 8-year period that still survive today and the number of companies opened during the most recent 8-year period and still survive today, as a percent of all business establishments in the market.
